Legally Destroy Your Credit Card Debt While Raising Your Credit Score at the Same Time

By Phillip Emerson
Anyone can legally destroy their credit card debt and raise their credit score at the same time using the laws of the United States. While card companies and reporting agencies operate in very dark areas of our legal system you can turn on the floodlights and catch them with their pants down. Both will gladly cooperate with you to zero out your card account and remove any negative from your credit report if you'll just keep your mouth shut!
It's the old deer in the headlight routine where you are the deer. After the card company smashes you, you are then run over repeatedly by the 18 wheeler reporting agencies until your financial life is nothing more than a greasy spot on the road leading to the American dream. The good news is the debt that hit you didn't exist and the 18 wheeler agencies are lighter than air!
To them you are nothing more than an ignorant slave in their money kingdom where your hard work pays for their lavish lifestyles. Their perverted arrogance is sickening but they are so well camouflaged few people ever notice their presence. It's much like the movie Alien where you sense something is there when you catch a glimpse of some movement that just doesn't seem right.
Do you remember the bailout? There was a big invisible monster that was going to eat us alive and the only way to stop it was to give it money to satisfy its voracious appetite. The monster was so well camouflaged you hardly noticed until you saw that little movement that just didn't quite seem right. The multimillion dollar bonuses handed out to the monsters operators caught your attention.
You didn't think too much about the little flicker of movement back then but now you find yourself as a greasy spot in the road to economic downfall. Now you know the monster exists and like Schwarzenegger you're looking for a way to beat him before he eats you alive! Unfortunately this isn't a make-believe movie so you will need to find out what is real, what isn't and what you can do about it.
Making the jump into reality requires you to educate yourself about what is real and what is not. The University Of Colorado School Of Law presented such a video back in 2008. It incorporates historical facts you already know and gives you a clear picture of exactly where you are in the debt cycle. Be forewarned, it will change your life forever!
Quite interesting, wasn't it? You are no longer blind and believe it or not, your new knowledge makes you totally unique in the world of those that do not possess this knowledge. With that in mind, let's move on to the next discovery of debt crushing techniques.
Nearly everyone has heard of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. People read it but can't figure out how it will help them because they still have the false belief their debt is real but as a "gig grad" you know it's not real and doesn't exist. You can quickly review the law using the search term "FTC debt video" which is a government cartoon show revealing the most overlooked facts.
Record every phone call from a collector and never give them anything other than your name! Collectors will be infuriated by your refusal to send them money and will violate your rights repeatedly to the tune of $1000 per violation. In exchange for "keeping your mouth shut" and not filing a lawsuit against them, they will gladly mark your account paid as agreed.
If you choose to file a lawsuit then use the search term "man wins $1.5 million from collector" or "woman sues collector wins $8.1 million" to see how lucrative this method of destroying your card can be. Although not nearly as rewarding, answering written collection notices is a must! You must send a "demand proof of debt" by registered mail with return receipt to the collection agency and they will literally evaporate!
Now for that last little thing you were worrying about, your almighty FICO score, commonly referred to as your credit report. The Fair Credit Reporting Act says any reporting agency must have "verification" that what they are reporting is true under section 609 of the FCRA. Guess what Schwarzenegger, there is not one single shred of proof to be found at any agency! Demand verification of the item that does not exist, then demand it be removed or pay the government imposed fine!
It makes you wonder why everybody doesn't legally destroy their credit card debt and then use those same laws to remove derogatory remarks in their credit score at the same time. It's a good thing you're not a deceptive person like banks and reporting agencies otherwise you might use their very own system to take all their money! Do the humane thing; scrape one of your "greasy spot" friends of the road and tell them truth about card debt and reporting agencies.

A few of the reasons people chose to have Legal Shield

Formally known as Pre-Paid Legal, Legal Shield is a company that offers for a small monthly fee a service that can provide you with legal representation in case you are caught in any legal difficulties that are covered under their contract. There are hundreds of lawyers whose services are a part of this company and you can access them for a fraction of their normal costs in case you need their services.
Legal Shield is also a method of building wealth as well. For a one time fee, you get all the materials necessary to understand their services and go out and recruit new members to their team. This is a standard home business model that has been in existence for almost 40 years, well before the internet became popular.
Founded by Harland Stonceipher in 1972, this network marketing company offers their services in all 50 states and even has stock listed on the New York Stock Exchange. The benefits of their legal services includes coverage for motor vehicles, trial defense, audits by the IRS, and reduced costs of using other legal services as long as you choose a lawyer that is part of the company.
This is a credible company with a long history, especially compared to many of the other money making industries that populate the internet. For those who only seek to use the legal services, a small monthly fee is all that is needed. Almost 1.5 million people in the U.S. and Canada use their services.
It is true that this company has run into some legal trouble, hence the recent changing of their name from Pre-Paid Legal, but overall their reputation in delivering legal services and as a potential home based money making system remains intact.
As for the wealth building aspect of the company, this is the standard MLM or multi level marketing model. For a one time fee you receive a packet of marketing tips and training and get a commission off the fees of members that you recruit. The more members you get to sign up, the greater your wealth can grow.
The plus side is that Legal Shield is a well established company with a good reputation despite the aforementioned legal difficulties. The money that can be made is real and a skilled marketer in the MLM process can build a great amount of wealth if they are persistent over an extended period of time. There are no overnight successes in MLM, but consistent work can pay off.
